The couple were living in the Sydney area so a lot of planning prior to the reception was done via phone and emails and the couple also visited Echuca regular.
The reception was lit up with candles which emphasised the fairy lights scattered throughout the vines.
Tegan and Gary had organised gorgeous little bombonieres that doubles as placecards for the guests. The guests sat down to a two course meal which Char grilled tuscan spiced chicken breast and roasted Scotch fillet for mains and Strawberry Mille Feuille and lemon tart for dessert. Tegans and Gary, with their guests thouroughly enjoyed themselves with the live singers from "The Real Sisters" with, I am sure, people waking the next morning with sore legs from dancing so much. The biggest highlight of the evening was the bridal waltz which was professionally coreographed. Lucky the couple arranged a great videographer, Harold Bentley, who stayed the entire duration of the reception to capture every memorable moment. http://www.bentleyphotovideo.com/
